Job description

About Okeanos Group, LLC.

Okeanos is a sustainable technology company whose mission is to solve a shared problem; our rapidly warming planet is overwhelmed with plastic waste, and we canโ€™t wait for someone else to come up with the solution.

#WeAreTheSomeone. Weโ€™re raising our hands, and stepping up to the plate. We believe that together with some of the worldโ€™s most innovative and passionate minds, we can offer a real scalable, and immediate solution.

Okeanos is an advanced materials company formed specifically to reduce plastic and its CO2 impacts, which has developed formulas for compounds (a pelletized combination of polymer and calcium carbonate) branded as Made From StoneTM (MFS). It is the first technology to measurably reduce the amount of virgin plastic in packaging and everyday items at the source by as much as 67%, while also reducing the subsequent CO2 emissions associated with making these products. Unlike most sustainable material alternatives, Made From Stone technology is a โ€œdrop-inโ€ solution on existing manufacturing equipment, and does not require capital-intensive construction of bespoke manufacturing facilities. The Okeanos vision is to drive widespread adoption of Made From Stone, which aims to immediately and affordably address the existential issue of plastic pollution at scale.

Okeanos has emerged as the leader for sustainable packaging solutions which help compounders, manufacturers and brand owners significantly comply with increasing sustainability regulations worldwide. We are organized into five sales regions globally, each with significant growth opportunities. This will be an exciting opportunity for an individual that has the skills and passion to join us as we take the business to the next level.

We value community, communication, and creativity above all. No suggestion goes unexplored; no idea is too small. Our individual ripples spark a collective wave of change, powered by collaboration and driven by results. Each member of our global family brings unrivaled experience in their field, coupled with unbridled curiosity and the desire to grow.

Like our technology, our company culture is ever-evolving and improving. We prioritize professional and personal growth, offering unique benefits in the workplace, and time off to be inspired by the world around us.

Each day brings new challenges and new opportunities. Together, with you, we can face them head-on. Welcome to the new Stone Age.
