As a Vice President of Manufacturing, you will be a critical leader responsible for driving performance across our manufacturing network. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on operational leadership, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance while developing the next generation of talent.

Reporting to the SVP of Manufacturing, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional leaders to shape business initiatives, strengthen plant performance, and build a high-performing, future-ready organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead manufacturing operations across a group of plants, driving performance against key metrics including cost, quality, safety, and delivery
  • Partner with the business to execute critical initiatives aligned to growth and operational excellence priorities
  • Own and manage the business unit manufacturing budget, ensuring strong financial performance and cost discipline
  • Develop and implement strategies that improve efficiency, productivity, and overall manufacturing performance
  • Lead talent development, succession planning, and organizational capability building across the manufacturing network
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement using CI/lean methodologies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across supply chain, operations, and commercial teams to align manufacturing with business goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related area. MBA preferred.
  • 15 years of progressive leadership experience in a complex manufacturing environment with proven executive leadership experience and corporate strategic planning
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, delivering against performance targets
  • Demonstrated success in developing talent, building high-performing teams, and driving results through others
  • Background in manufacturing leadership, ideally within CPG or a related industry
  • Deep understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and operational excellence
