POSITION OVERVIEW The Warehouse Supervisor supports daily warehouse operations and helps ensure efficient execution of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment activities.
Reporting to the Agile Warehouse Manager, this role directly supervises warehouse associates and serves as a hands-on operational leader. The Warehouse Supervisor helps maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity while fostering a team culture aligned with World's Finest Chocolate's purpose, mission, and values.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Warehouse Operations
• Supervise and support the warehouse team's productivity and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime in a safe manner.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and on schedule to support customer satisfaction.
• Plan and monitor productivity, workflow, and warehouse capacity to maintain efficient operations with strict adherence to SQF standards.
• Team with Inventory Manager to maintain integrity of inventory accuracy and procedures.
• Maintain operational readiness for maintenance of equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Ensure team and warehouse is inspection ready at all times.
Team Leadership
• Lead warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, quality, inventory control, space management, logistics, team productivity, and manufacturing.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and maximize efficiency across warehouse processes.
• Foster collaboration across Manufacturing, Logistics, EH&S, and Quality.
• Provide training and guidance to new and existing team members.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and strong communication across the warehouse team. Safety, Quality & Compliance
• Work with EH&S and Quality stakeholders to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and movement of materials and finished goods.
• Follow and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and support Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards to ensure compliance with food safety and quality requirements.
• Proactively address safety concerns and operational risks.
• Help protect what matters by maintaining compliance with company policies and operational standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and lift up to 50 lbs. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in manufacturing or high-volume distribution environments
• Exposure to Lean, Agile, or continuous improvement initiatives
• Forklift certification or material handling equipment experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year
