Fueling Success in this Role:

VP Racing is seeking a full-time 2nd Shift Production Warehouse Worker to join our high-performance team. This role is based at our warehouse location (Elmendorf, TX) and is a vital part of our day-to-day operations, ensuring that our products move efficiently, safely, and accurately from storage to shipping and everything in between.


As a Warehouse Worker, you’ll assist with shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, organizing inventory, fulfilling orders, and helping maintain a clean, safe workspace. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and speed are everything. If you’re a reliable team player who takes pride in a job well done and isn’t afraid to get your hands dirty, we want you on our team!


This position is for our second shift -  3:00 P.M. - 11:00 P.M. 


This position pays $15.00 with a $1.00 shift differential. 


Essential Functions:

  • Follow all VP Racing safety policies and wear required PPE at all times.
  • Assist with fuel blending, pumping, filling, packaging, and labeling in accordance with SOPs.
  • Load, unload, move, and stage raw materials and finished product safely and accurately.
  • Palletize, wrap, strap, and label product to ensure proper identification and shipment readiness.
  • Receive, verify, and log incoming materials and product inventory.
  • Operate production and warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts if certified.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Accurately complete production documentation and quality checks.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support daily production goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support production and warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate must be extremely organized and able to manage the logistics of multiple duties with professionalism and strong communication skills. In addition, strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is critical for success in the role, as are high levels of accuracy, timeliness and dependability. We are looking for someone who can establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization, work effectively with all levels of employees and management, and assist in providing solutions to challenges that arise.
