Job description

Sodexo Energy and Resources is seeking a Manager, Space Planning and Design Management to work with one of our construction management teams at one of our largest energy accounts in Houston, TX.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills and experience in space utilization, workplace data management, block-and-stack planning, and stakeholder engagement.

About the job

Lead and coordinate facility relocations, space planning, signage, and furniture standards to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Oversee space design, furniture expertise, and facility work orders while managing vendors across voice, data, electrical, and other services. Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a smooth customer experience across all relocation and reconfiguration projects.


The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $70975 - $91850
