Functional Area: People & Organization
The Role
Act as a Point of reference between HQ in Luxembourg and Local Functions for the definition, implementation, monitoring and reporting of Workforce Planning processes within Wells, ensuring alignment with strategic guidelines, cost control, and organizational efficiency. The role reports to the VP Organization and Improvement within the People & Organization team.
What You'll Do
Workforce Planning
  • Lead planning scenarios, market move, carry-over and Capabilities & Efficiencies programs.
  • Coordinate with Wells P&O for local planning guidelines.

Monitoring and reporting
  • Prepare Vacancy Tables, Spans & Layers analysis, and related presentations.
  • Manage HC & Salary Cost planning, variance analysis, last estimate preparation and reporting.

Governance and Review
  • Support Executive Review at local level and lead the interaction with the Group.

Salary and cost management
  • Lead salary target achievement and acts as reference for People Business Partners, O&I, and Controllers.
  • Conduct gap analysis and prepares last estimates for HC and salary costs.
  • Support business case creation and cost valorization of additional HC requests.

Systems and tools
  • Manage tool setting, calendar definition and system uploads.

Qualifications
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant finance experience required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite: High level utility of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Confidence and seniority to engage with and constructively challenge senior stakeholders.
  • Solid experience in data management.

The base pay range for this position is $107,176 to $171,336 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
