Client:              Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Location:         Waterloo, IA 50701
Duration:         1 Year (Possible extension)
Shift:                1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, minimal OT)

Job Summary

Supply Management Planner I responsible for supplier communication, purchased parts planning, inventory coordination, and logistics support. Supports supply chain operations and material management processes within manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities (Mobile-Friendly)

• Manage delivery process for purchased parts
• Communicate daily with suppliers
• Schedule material requirements and replenishment
• Support inventory control and logistics processes
• Investigate supplier and delivery issues
• Assist with contract and supplier performance reporting
• Support supply chain improvement initiatives
• Coordinate meetings and stakeholder activities
• Analyze supply chain and supplier data
• Use Excel and Microsoft Office for reporting
