Job description

Pierce's Pitt Bar-B-Que is a family-owned iconic bar-b-que restaurant where we cook pork, chicken, ribs
and brisket over hickory and oak fired pits. We are known for our menu and a casual dining atmosphere
along with the quality ingredients that we use.
We are seeking “passionate about food” team players to join our team. The ideal pit master candidate
will have some knowledge of smoking techniques, flavor profiles and the ability to manage a wood fired
pit effectively.
As a key member of our pit crew, you will be responsible for prepping, cooking and saucing our products
while maintaining the standards set for our time-honored recipes.
Shifts are full time and do include weekend work. We rotate balanced schedules. Shifts run from 4 am to
12 noon and 9am to 5pm generally.
Hard work is rewarded, and health benefits are available. Morning, mid, and evening shifts are all offered.
