Job description

PINK is an iconic, immediately recognizable, and beloved brand-and a pioneer in the space we created. Rooted in pop culture, fashion, and self-expression, PINK is a champion of girlhood, with a deep understanding of the 18-24-year-old customer and what truly moves her.
The Role
The Senior Manager, Brand Marketing will lead brand marketing strategy across apparel, accessories, swim, and PINK collaborations, shaping how PINK shows up in culture and connects with its customer. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, consumer insight, and cultural relevance, translating who we are into compelling narratives, campaigns, and launches that build brand heat and drive business results.
This individual is a strategic brand thinker with a strong point of view, deep knowledge of the apparel space, and a clear understanding of how to engage Gen Z in meaningful, relevant ways. You'll partner cross-functionally to ensure brand strategies are insight-led and executed with excellence across channels.
What You'll Do
Brand Strategy & Customer Focus
  • Develop and lead brand marketing strategies for apparel, accessories, swim, and collaboration initiatives-grounded in a deep understanding of the PINK customer, category dynamics, and cultural context.

  • Shape and champion campaign platforms and seasonal narratives that feel bold, playful, emotional, and authentically PINK.
  • Stay deeply informed on market trends, category competition, creators, platforms, and cultural moments to keep PINK ahead of what's next.

Social, Digital & Platform Fluency
  • Partner closely with Social, Media, PR, and Creative teams to ensure strategies are platform-appropriate and culturally fluent.
  • Bring awareness of emerging platforms, creator ecosystems, and content trends-ensuring PINK shows up in ways that feel native and relevant.

Driving Results Through Thoughtful Planning
  • Build strong, forward-looking plans by thinking beyond the current moment and anticipating where the consumer, market, and business are headed.
  • Stay flexible and nimble, adjusting strategies to capture emerging opportunities, mitigate risk, and maximize business upside.
  • Use performance insights, data, and learnings to inform decision-making and continuously improve outcomes.

Communication, Collaboration & Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Creative, Social, PR, Integrated Marketing, and leadership partners.
  • Develop and deliver clear, compelling presentations that align stakeholders around strategy, storytelling direction, and recommendations.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership competencies by fostering engagement, modeling curiosity, and contributing to a high-performing team culture.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, supporting growth, learning, and development.
