A Pilates Reformer Instructor is a fitness professional trained to teach Pilates exercises using a piece of equipment called the Reformer. The Reformer is a bed-like frame with a sliding carriage, springs, and straps that add resistance and support to Pilates movements. Effective communication and ongoing education also play a key role in fostering a supportive and safe environment, ensuring all participants can progress confidently regardless of their starting point.
