Summary

We are seeking a Full Time Pilates Reformer Instructor & Experience Coordinator to join our team at a corporate wellness site in Taylor, TX. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional and energetic instructor ready to inspire others through the art of Pilates. 
We are looking for someone to teach around 12-17 reformer classes each week, in addition to conducting one-on-one training sessions. Also someone who can assist with member engagement and experience. Weekly group classes are included as part of the salaried position, while one-on-one training sessions are compensated through additional commission.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-quality one-on-one training sessions with clients 
  • Teach 12-17 Reformer Pilates classes each week while delivering high-quality instruction and member support 
  • Build, grow, and manage your client base with support from Kinema Fitness marketing and management teams
  • Cultivate an inviting, positive environment that motivates clients and enhances their wellness journey
  • Uphold Kinema Fitness’ 5-star hospitality standards at all times

  • Nationally recognized Pilates Reformer certification 
  • Current CPR/AED certification
