AFC Fitness is seeking passionate, energetic, and experienced Pilates Reformer Instructors to join our dedicated team. As a Pilates Reformer Instructor at AFC, you’ll have the opportunity to motivate and inspire members on their fitness journey while being part of a supportive and health-focused community.


What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for certified Pilates Reformer Instructors who can create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for participants of all fitness levels. The ideal candidate is passionate about movement, committed to helping members achieve their fitness goals, and able to deliver engaging, high-quality Reformer classes with confidence and enthusiasm.


Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Create a welcoming, high-energy environment for all members
  • Lead safe, effective, and engaging Pilates Reformer classes for participants of varying fitness levels
  • Motivate, inspire, and provide individualized instruction while maintaining proper form and technique
  • Deliver a positive and consistent experience in every class
  • Start and end all classes on time
  • Offer modifications and progressions to accommodate all fitness levels and abilities
  • Ensure all Pilates Reformer equipment is used safely and maintained in a clean, organized condition
  • Maintain regular communication with the Group Fitness Manager regarding feedback, equipment needs, scheduling, and substitute requests

Qualifications Needed:

  • Previous teaching experience preferred.
  • Current Pilates Reformer certification from a recognized training program
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for helping others improve their strength, mobility, and overall well-being
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
