Position Summary
We're looking for passionate, energetic individuals who love helping others feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. Whether you're an experienced Pilates instructor or someone ready to begin your teaching journey, we're looking for people who are excited to inspire others while helping build an exceptional studio community from the ground up.
As a Founding Instructor, you'll deliver dynamic Reformer Pilates classes while creating the welcoming, encouraging environment that sets BODYBAR apart.
Responsibilities

• Lead safe, energetic, and inspiring Reformer Pilates classes for members of all experience levels.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience before, during, and after every class.
• Build authentic relationships with members and celebrate their progress.
• Provide thoughtful coaching, modifications, and encouragement.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and studio presentation.
• Participate in studio events, community outreach, and special programming.
• Support fellow instructors and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
• Help establish the traditions and positive culture of our founding studio.

Qualifications

• Willing to complete the BODYBAR Certification process.
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain before employment).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to safely demonstrate Pilates movements and provide appropriate modifications.
• Availability to teach mornings, evenings, weekends, or a combination of class times.
• Previous teaching experience is welcomed but not required.
