Arco Fit Gym & Wellness is seeking a certified Pilates Reformer Instructor to lead dynamic reformer Pilates classes. This role is focused on guiding clients through reformer-based workouts that align with our commitment to safe, effective, and engaging fitness experiences. Our ideal candidate is passionate about Pilates reformer training, dedicated to fostering a positive and motivating atmosphere, and eager to support our community-focused gym.

Responsibilities:

• Lead group and private Pilates reformer classes, ensuring safe, effective, and engaging sessions for clients at various fitness levels.

• Develop tailored reformer routines that focus on strength, flexibility, and core stability, modifying exercises to meet individual client needs.

• Educate clients on proper form, technique, and breathing, promoting safe movement patterns to maximize results and prevent injuries.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, regularly inspecting reformer equipment to ensure it is in excellent condition.

• Monitor client progress, offering personalized feedback and adjustments to help clients achieve their fitness goals.

• Stay updated on reformer Pilates techniques and best practices, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Certification in Pilates reformer instruction from an accredited program.
