Svetness Corp seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior / Chair Yoga
Instructor to lead safe, engaging, and accessible classes for senior citizens.
Responsibilities:
• Lead chair yoga classes tailored for seniors and beginners
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants
• Modify exercises and poses to accommodate different mobility levels
• Promote flexibility, balance, and overall well-being
• Arrive prepared with structured and effective class plans
Requirements:
• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) required
• Yoga Certification preferred
• Chair Yoga and Senior Fitness experience preferred
• At least 1 year of experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, reliable, and encouraging personality
Preferred:
• Experience working with senior citizens or individuals with limited mobility
• CPR/AED certification
Location: Municipal Center on Churchview Ave., Pittsburg, PA 15227
Days/Time: Open to Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday any time for 10a.m. to 4
pm. Class will be one time a week.
