Svetness Corp seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior / Chair Yoga
Instructor to lead safe, engaging, and accessible classes for senior citizens.
Responsibilities:
Lead chair yoga classes tailored for seniors and beginners
Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants
Modify exercises and poses to accommodate different mobility levels
Promote flexibility, balance, and overall well-being
Arrive prepared with structured and effective class plans
Requirements:
Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) required
Yoga Certification preferred
Chair Yoga and Senior Fitness experience preferred
At least 1 year of experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, reliable, and encouraging personality
Preferred:
Experience working with senior citizens or individuals with limited mobility
