Senior Sales Associate (Full-Time)
Club Pilates – Ocala, FL
30–35 hours per week
Hourly + Commission

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a positive, community-driven studio. As a Senior Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating an incredible first impression for our members and helping grow our Pilates community.

What You’ll Do

As part of our front-of-house team, you will:

✨ Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via email
✨ Welcome new clients and help schedule Intro Classes for their first studio experience
✨ Follow up with leads and guide them toward memberships that fit their goals
✨ Sell memberships, upgrades, retail, and private training packages
✨ Help manage member accounts, including freezes, cancellations, and updates
✨ Use our studio software (ClubReady) to track leads, notes, and tasks
✨ Make daily follow-up calls, texts, and emails using proven sales scripts
✨ Assist in training and supporting newer sales/front desk team members
✨ Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized studio environment
✨ Participate in studio events, community networking, and promotions
✨ Celebrate member milestones and help highlight our community on social media
✨ Social Media to showcase studio life, promotions, and events.
 

  • Expected Hours: 30–35 hours per week

  • Schedule: Aligned with Intro classes to maximize opportunities to connect with new members
