You are a passionate Pilates enthusiast who is deeply committed to wellness and fitness. With a strong belief in the mind-body connection, you excel in a community-oriented environment where you inspire and motivate others to achieve their personal goals. Always looking to level up your skills, you thrive in a collaborative team that’s constantly growing and evolving – because you know the best instructors never stop learning.

This particular role does not require you go through the MNT Instructor Certification, but a renowned program certification is required (i.e. Balanced Body, Stott, etc). This role will be given the option to also take our instructor certification training, if interested.

  • Must haves:

    • 2+ years of experience leading group fitness classes and/or Private Instruction on the Reformer 

    • A love for movement, Pilates, the MNT brand, and motivating others to feel their best!

    • A desire to teach Pilates private and semi-private sessions that are athletic, creative, and full of energy, all while keeping things grounded in the classic principles of alignment, precision, and flow—whether you're already a pro or ready to dive into the world of Pilates!

    • Willingness to receive coaching, constructive feedback, and mentoring

    • Available to teach afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends

    • Must be available to teach at least 4 sessions per week

    • Punctual, reliable, team player, enthusiastic, and personable

  • Bonus Points:

    • You’re wanting to learn the MNT Method and lead Group Reformer Classes

    • Lead Private and Semi-Private sessions, all in the MNT style!
