Join our rockstar team of Pilates Instructors and take your career to the next level. Interested in teaching at MNT but don't have Pilates Reformer teaching experience? We’ve got you covered! Check out our upcoming Teacher Trainings. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or new to teaching Pilates, we’ll certify you in the MNT Method

  • Must haves:

    • 2+ years of experience leading group fitness classes—any type, any style, we love it all!

    • A love for movement, Pilates, the MNT brand, and motivating others to feel their best!

    • A desire to teach Pilates classes that are athletic, creative, and full of energy, all while keeping things grounded in the classic principles of alignment, precision, and flow—whether you're already a pro or ready to dive into the world of Pilates!

    • Willingness to receive coaching, constructive feedback, and mentoring

    • Available to teach early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends

    • Must be available to teach at least 6 classes per week

    • Punctual, reliable, team player, enthusiastic, and personable

  • Bonus Points:

    • You’ve got a Reformer certification under your belt

  • What you’ll do:

    • Lead group Reformer classes and private sessions, all in the MNT style!
