The Reformer is a bed-like frame with a sliding carriage, springs, and straps that add resistance and support to Pilates movements. Instructors guide clients through exercises that improve strength, flexibility, posture, and overall body awareness. They tailor workouts to individual needs and ensure safe, effective practice. Becoming a certified instructor typically involves completing specialized training and passing an exam.
