We are building a community of passionate, detail-oriented instructors who love helping clients connect with their inner strength.

The Role

We are seeking a vibrant, certified Pilates Instructor to join our growing team part-time. In this role, you will lead dynamic group reformer or mat classes and/or private sessions, ensuring safe alignment, excellent form, and an inclusive, motivating atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging, safe, and challenging Pilates classes tailored to various fitness levels.
  • Provide clear verbal cues, tactile adjustments (with consent), and progressions/regressions.
  • Foster a welcoming, supportive community environment before and after class.
  • Maintain studio cleanliness and ensure equipment is properly reset.

Location & Commute Requirements

Important Note on Location: This position is strictly on-site at our Palo Alto, CA studio.

Because consistency is everything to our community, candidates must live in the Peninsula/Bay Area or have a reliable, realistic commute to Palo Alto. Please ensure your proximity or willingness to commute aligns with your availability before applying.

  • Certification preferred, but not required: in mat or reformer Pilates or fitness related experience such as Yoga, Barre, etc.
  • Experience: 1+ years of teaching experience preferred, but passionate recent graduates are welcome to apply!

  • Availability: Reliable availability for early mornings, evenings, and/or weekend shifts.
