We are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and high-octane Mat Pilates Instructor to lead our members through results-driven, core-strengthening sessions.
The Mission

As a Mat Pilates Instructor, you aren't just teaching a class; you’re leading an experience. You will plan and deliver structured, effective sessions that focus on core stability, flexibility, and control. Whether members are looking to improve their athletic performance or recover from intensity, you’ll help them find balance and strength.
Key Responsibilities

  • Class Excellence: Plan and deliver structured Mat Pilates classes that incorporate safe, well-paced choreography and smooth transitions.
  • Education & Form: Educate participants on proper form, alignment, and modifications to ensure a safe and effective workout for all fitness levels.
  • Community Connection: Welcome new participants, build rapport with members, and foster a positive, inclusive class environment.
  • Operational Standards: Arrive early for setup, start/end on time, and ensure all studio equipment is handled and stored correctly.
  • Promotion: Act as a brand ambassador by promoting gym programs, special events, and membership perks.
What You Bring

  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and kinesiology as it relates to Pilates.
