1. Certified Pilates Instructor

You are certified and ready to lead dynamic, apparatus-based classes (Reformer, EXO chair, TRX, Springboard, and more).

  • Requirements: Comprehensive Pilates certification and experience teaching group reformer classes.
  • Focus: Delivering safe, high-quality group sessions, private training, and demo classes while inspiring clients.

2. Pilates Teacher Trainee

You are a fitness enthusiast, dancer, wellness advocate, or ready to turn your Pilates passion into a career.

  • Requirements: A passion for Pilates and a commitment to completing our certification program (including anatomy, biomechanics, and all apparatus).
  • Focus: Developing your skills through hands-on mentorship, observation, and practice teaching in a real studio environment.
  • Potential partial sponsorship opportunities for those with a fitness background. Please inquire for more information.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality group reformer classes in line with studio standards.
  • Use a variety of equipment to create engaging and safe experiences.
  • Offer private, semi-private, and demo sessions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workout space.
  • Support the front desk with client check-ins and membership inquiries.
  • Promote retail, memberships, and in-studio services.
  • Be a positive and inspiring presence in every class you teach.

Qualifications

  • For Certified Role: Comprehensive Reformer Pilates Certification (Required).
  • For Trainee Role: 1 year of experience in Pilates, Dance, Yoga, Personal Training, or other group fitness background (Preferred).
  • Everyone: Strong interpersonal skills, punctuality, and a desire to help others achieve their fitness goals.

Job Type: Part-time or Full-time
