About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at The Fitness Institute & Pilates Studio as a Pilates Teacher! We are seeking passionate and certified instructors to inspire our clients and help them achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and energizing environment. Or if you are looking for a new location to train your clients we are here for you. 

Responsibilities:
  • Design and lead engaging Pilates classes for various skill levels.
  • Provide personalized instruction and modifications to meet individual needs.
  • Ensure a safe and welcoming studio environment for all participants.
  • Monitor client progress and provide feedback to enhance performance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio equipment.
  • Stay updated on Pilates trends and best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to foster community and retention.
  • Assist in promoting studio events and workshops to increase participation.
Requirements:
  • Certified Pilates Instructor with a recognized accreditation.
  • Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a studio setting.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, motivating demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics relevant to Pilates.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Passion for fitness and a commitment to client success.
