As an onsite role in our outpatient office, you will work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, within a vibrant clinical setting that prioritizes patient care. The physical therapy office is equipped with modern therapeutic and exercise equipment, allowing you to implement innovative treatment modalities effectively. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure quality care delivery.

In your role as a Physical Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough physical therapy assessments for new patients to accurately diagnose their conditions and establish a personalized treatment plan.
• Developing tailored exercise regimens and modalities designed to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals, while taking their specific medical history and needs into account.
• Utilizing hands-on techniques to guide patients through physical rehabilitation exercises to enhance mobility and strength.
• Documenting patient progress meticulously, including changes in condition and treatment effectiveness, and communicating updates with the broader healthcare team.
• Providing education to patients and their families on home exercise programs, proper body mechanics, and strategies to manage pain or prevent future injuries.
• Staying updated with the latest therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Participating in regular staff meetings and training sessions to foster a strong team dynamic and enhance professional growth.

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from surgery, sports injuries, chronic lower back pain, and various orthopedic conditions. You'll work with a diverse demographic, including active adults, athletes, and seniors. Your expertise will be key to creating rehab plans that cater specifically to the unique recovery goals and needs of each patient.

The qualified candidate must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in California and possess a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited physical therapy program. Additionally, candidates should have at least two years of experience in a physical therapy setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of treatment protocols and patient management.

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy, particularly within a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with manual therapy techniques and advanced rehabilitative technologies.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
