Job Description Physical Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) Position Summary Link Technologies is seeking a senior Physical Security SME to provide technical leadership for security consulting engagements involving wastewater treatment facilities and critical infrastructure. This individual will review facility security designs, evaluate existing infrastructure, and develop recommendations to improve physical protection. Responsibilities Lead physical security assessments.

Review facility layouts and perimeter protection. Evaluate fencing, barriers, lighting, and facility hardening. Review security designs throughout project lifecycle.

Develop security standards and design recommendations. Participate in construction reviews. Review contractor submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.

Support commissioning and acceptance testing. Mentor junior consultants. Interface with owners, architects, and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Security Management, or related discipline. 10+ years of physical security consulting experience. Experience protecting critical infrastructure facilities.

Experience reviewing engineering drawings. Experience developing physical security master plans. Excellent written communication skills.

Preferred Experience Water/Wastewater treatment facilities. Utility infrastructure. Industrial facilities.

Chemical processing plants. Federal facilities. Preferred Certifications PSP CPP CPTED PE (Electrical or Civil) preferred but not required.
