About the Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate with a technical support focus to join our growing team. This role combines warehouse operations, inventory handling, and hands-on support with equipment to ensure products are accurately prepared, maintained, and ready for shipment.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, staying organized, and supporting technical processes in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Warehouse Operations & Fulfillment

  • Organize, track, pack, and fulfill shipments of espresso machines and related products
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, including purchase orders and parts
  • Prepare kits and maintain accurate inventory organization

Technical Support

  • Assist technicians with cleaning, basic testing, and preparation of espresso machines
  • Support disassembly and reassembly of external components as needed
  • Ensure equipment is clean, presentable, and ready for shipment or display

Quality & Process Support

  • Clean and prepare machines for product photography
  • Take clear, consistent product photos as needed
  • Support ongoing process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience & Skills
    • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management
    • Comfort performing hands-on, manual tasks with equipment and tools
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to follow processes and maintain quality standards
    • Team-oriented with a proactive and reliable work style
  • Nice to have
    • Experience with coffee equipment, appliances, or mechanical systems
    • Genuine interest in or passion for coffee
