This role plays an important support function within the studio and production team, partnering closely with the Senior Manager, Studio Operations & Campaign Production and the Senior Specialist, Creative Production to help keep shoots, samples, product flow, and related processes on track. This role is responsible for coordinating product samples, supporting studio and production logistics, maintaining organization across key workflows, and helping facilitate communication across cross-functional partners including Merchandising, Styling, Art Direction, Visual, and E-Commerce. The Coordinator helps ensure product and production needs are anticipated and managed effectively so shoots run smoothly and assets are delivered in support of broader business priorities.

This is a highly detail-oriented and collaborative role requiring strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced studio and production environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce photo studio and campaign production process, helping keep projects organized and on track from planning through execution Partner closely with the Senior Manager, Studio Operations & Campaign Production in support of studio operations, production logistics, and workflow coordination Support the Senior Specialist, Creative Production on campaign and marketing shoot needs, helping manage timelines, product readiness, and executional details Intake, organize, track, and manage product samples for ecommerce and campaign shoots in partnership with Merchandising and cross-functional teams Maintain clear visibility into sample status, due dates, and product movement, ensuring teams are informed of updates and timing Order product as needed for ecommerce, marketing, and campaign-related projects Pack, ship, receive, and organize product for studio and off-site shoots, ensuring accuracy and readiness against production timelines Create, maintain, and update product-related decks, trackers, and supporting documents, communicating changes and updates to relevant teams in a timely manner Partner with Merchandising, Styling, Art Direction, Visual, and E-Commerce teams to align on product priorities, sample needs, and shoot readiness across channels Participate in style-outs and related meetings as a product liaison, helping ensure alignment between Styling, Art Direction, and Merchandising Assist in reviewing imagery for product floorset accuracy, color accuracy, and product details, flagging issues as needed Help coordinate subprocess touchpoints connected to the Creative and Marketing calendars, ensuring deadlines and dependencies are supported Maintain organization across studio and production materials, trackers, product flow, and documentation Assist with scheduling, coordination, and general support for studio and production workflows as needed Help identify issues, gaps, or upcoming deadlines and proactively communicate them to the appropriate team members Serve as a reliable support partner across studio operations and production, contributing to efficient execution and strong cross-functional alignment Support additional studio, sample management, and production-related needs as assigned REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience related to Marketing, Studio Operations, Photo Shoots, Production, or E-Commerce 2-3 years of relevant experience in studio operations, sample coordination, creative operations, production, ecommerce shoots, or related fields Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to support multiple deadlines simultaneously Ability to maintain accuracy across detailed product, sample, and production workflows Experience working across multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Ability to communicate clearly and help maintain a consistent source of truth across departments Basic knowledge of Google Drive tools and shared file management Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting ecommerce studio operations, product sample management, or photo shoot coordination Experience in retail, fashion, or consumer brand environments Familiarity with creative, production, or marketing workflow processes Experience supporting cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Styling, Creative, or E-Commerce CRITICAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong follow-through and executional discipline Proactive and solutions-oriented Collaborative and dependable team player Clear communicator with a service-minded approach Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Resourceful, adaptable, and willing to roll up sleeves where needed Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Early Entry Closing If you would like to know more about the California Consumer Privacy Act click here.
