Job Description:
This role is an integral member of Cambria's creative team responsible for the end-to-end execution of high-quality video content that supports marketing, training, and sales initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of production skills, creative contributions, and technical mastery in capturing visually compelling footage and editing. This position will focus on maximizing quality and impact for specific digital platforms like Instagram and YouTube, contribute to the visual strategy, and possess the skills to support photography when needed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Creative Contribution & Production: Actively contribute innovative ideas and concepts to the creative team and own the execution of assigned video projects from development through final delivery.
  • Shooting & Lighting Expertise: Possess excellent camera and lighting knowledge and be experienced in directing on-camera talent and production teams to achieve quality results.
  • Editing & Post-Production: Responsible for overseeing and executing editing, color grading, and sound design for assigned video projects.
  • Motion Graphics Creation: Manage, design and execute complex, original motion graphics and kinetic typography to support and enhance video storytelling.
  • Digital Platform Optimization: Develop and deliver content optimized for specific platform requirements, ensuring maximum impact across channels, including social media, YouTube, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Feedback Integration: Evaluate creative needs and proactively incorporate performance feedback and industry trends into execution, and define best practices for video content.
  • Cross-Disciplinary Support: Assist the Photography Studio team with product photography when workload requires.
  • Collaborate creatively with cross-functional teams from briefing to file delivery.
  • Studio and Equipment Management: Independently manage routine video equipment maintenance and studio operations as required.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Portfolio showcasing strong visual thinking, high-quality production, and motion graphics design.
  • Proven capability in cinematography and video capture techniques.
  • Expertise in video pacing, storytelling, and adapting content for short-form digital channels.
  • Ability to be the lead creative on smaller projects with little to no supervision.
  • Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills and projects a professional appearance.
  • Ability to adapt to the requirements of a fast-paced environment and effectively drive and deliver on multiple assignments at one time.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred.
Experience: Must have 4-8+ years of related work experience in an ad/marketing agency or design shop with preferred social media content creation experience.
Systems: Proficient in Adobe CS tools - specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects (required for original motion graphics), and Photoshop. Experience in DaVinci Resolve a plus.
Additional Requirements:
Managerial Responsibilities: N/A
Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally / sparingly (office supplies, packages, samples). May need to bend, reach, walk, or stoop occasionally. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift and manage photo/video equipment.
Travel Requirements: This position may require some travel both regionally and nationally at ~10%.
Cambria's starting salary range for this position is $63,000 - $80,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
