Job description

Job Title: Seasonal Digital Fulfillment Assistant
Job Type: Full-Time Seasonal, Non-exempt (eligible for OT)
Position: Must have full availability Monday - Friday; Late July - Mid November
Location:
On-site in Eagan, MN
THE ROLE:
Join the fast-paced and growing JostensPIX Operations Team, where you'll play a vital role in managing digital data and processing materials for School Picture Day. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual who is comfortable with routine, repetitive tasks and thrives in a structured environment. As a proactive team member, you'll help support daily operations and contribute to the continued success of this exciting and rapidly expanding division.
YOU WILL:
  • Execute. Implement the daily photo processing flow (including hard drive intake, image uploads, wiping hard drives, etc.)
  • Deliver. Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure customers have access to photos as promised
  • Review. Validate subject data for accuracy
  • Support. Provide team support to JPIX Operations Team with various office projects throughout the season
  • Assist. Complete projects in our warehouse related to storage and shipment of photography equipment

YOU HAVE:
  • Education. High school diploma or GED. Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Experience. 2+ years related work experience in a similar role(s)
  • Attention to detail. Extremely strong attention to detail and organization in a defined process with creative problem-solving skills
  • Technical skills. Working level proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software applications
  • Flexibility. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing a variety of operational needs
  • Decision-making skills. The ability to use independent judgment to effectively plan, prioritize, and organize multiple competing tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

NOT REQUIRED BUT GOOD TO HAVE:
  • Experience. Photoshop/photo editing experience
  • Passion. Knowledge and/or interest in photography+
  • Knowledge. Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel
