Front Desk Receptionist

This is a crucial role in our office! As the first point of contact for every patient or prospective patient who calls or visits, you play an essential part in shaping their experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Prefer experience in a medical office setting
  • Phone handling and Electronic Health Records (EHR) experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while remaining calm, friendly, and professional
  • Absolutely must be health and wellness minded — our clinic specializes in weight loss, vitamins, hormone therapy, and overall health
  • Must be a positive example of healthy living to our patients

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Transfer calls as needed
  • Provide an outstanding, positive experience for patients

This role is ideal for someone who is:
