Job Title: Phone Representative

Location: 335 N River Street Suite 200, Batavia IL, 60510

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office Only (No Remote)

Reports To: Office Manager / HR Department

Position Summary:

We are seeking a professional, articulate, and dependable Phone Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for all incoming and outgoing calls to our office. The ideal candidate will possess a clear speaking voice, strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. This is an in-office only position—remote work is not permitted.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact customers via phone, email and forward company training materials and training events

- Track and confirm customers receipt of information and or attendance

- Professional and comfortable with speaking on the phone.


Work Environment & Schedule:

Standard business hours, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Office-based position; must be physically present at the assigned location
