40+ hours/week -- Monday - Friday -- Normally scheduled 8 hours/day - between 7:00am - 4:30pm Hours may vary based on business need.
Responsibilities
  • Greeting and assisting customers in a prompt professional manner
  • Answering customer calls professionally, politely and promptly on a multi extension phone
  • Assist with pulling orders and entry into the database for processing
  • Provide recommendations or solutions to customers regarding HVAC products
  • Accurately process orders and manage customer accounts
  • Stock inventory as needed in the showroom
  • Price out basic quotes & product availability from vendors
  • Process warranty claims
  • General cleaning & showroom upkeep
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Customer Service experience required.
  • Sales experience is preferred
  • Distributor knowledge preferred. HVAC knowledge a plus.
  • Computer literate and able to learn an inventory system.
  • High school diploma or GED completion is required.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The physical abilities required for this position include walking; grasping; kneeling; crawling; reaching; carrying; stooping; crouching; standing; sitting; climbing; lifting (up to 100lbs).
