Senior Global Product Manager, Clinical Systems

As our Senior Product Manager within Philips Ambulatory & Monitoring Diagnostics (AM&D) Service Solutions team, you will collaborate in defining the clinical systems product strategy that aligns to the AM&D portfolio vision and global market alignment. This role will be responsible for our flagship clinical software platform.

Your role:

  • Define and manage product roadmaps using Product Development Lifecycle Management frameworks, ensuring timely delivery and market readiness.
  • Responsible for lifecycle management and market readiness including opportunity assessment, value proposition creation, product and feature definition, claims roadmaps, pricing, and launch planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize value based on market trends and regulatory requirements. Continuously optimize strategy through analysis of competitor activity, customer insights, and compliance needs.
  • Drive product launch plans and support regional launches by developing local go-to-market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective market entry. Provide strategic insights to regional marketing and sales teams to enhance their effectiveness. This role may have one or more direct reports.

You're the right fit if:

  • You've acquired 8+ years of experience (with bachelor's degree) OR 12+ years of experience (without bachelor's degree) in product management. Medical Device experience is required.
  • Your skills include Integrated experience across hardware, SaaS, and PaaS is a plus. Experience managing enterprise level software products is a plus. Cardiology, and service industry is a significant plus (IDTF, Care Delivery, Lab).
  • You have a Bachelor's degree, preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management or equivalent field, or additional 4 years of work experience in related areas.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You're able to travel to customer and company sites domestically and internationally and is not expected to exceed 10-20%.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Malvern, PA is $130,000 to $209,000.

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $139, to $223,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA or Malvern, PA.
