We're looking for a Data Entry Pharmacy Supervisor who knows how to lead, organize, and keep things moving in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

Requirements

  • Lead and supervise the Data Entry Technician team 
  • Oversee prescription entry, patient information, and insurance processing 
  • Monitor workflow, productivity, and team efficiency 
  • Identify issues and implement solutions to improve operations 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations 
  • Partner with leadership to plan and improve department performance 
  • Conduct team meetings, provide coaching, and support development 
  • Manage scheduling, attendance, and coverage for the department 
  • Maintain training materials, SOPs, and cross-training plans 
  • Take corrective action when needed (with HR support)
  • Active Maryland Pharmacy Technician License (required) 
  • PTCB Certification (required) 
  • Strong pharmacy data entry experience 
  • Leadership or supervisory experience (highly preferred) 
  • LTC (Long-Term Care) experience (preferred) 
  • Experience with QS/1 and DocuTrack (a plus) 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Schedule & Expectations
  • 40 hours per week 
  • Flexible schedule between: 
    • Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM 
    • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM 
  • On-call support as needed

  • May require up to 10% travel 
  • Responsible for supervising and developing Data Entry Technicians
