COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Pay: $20.00/hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; every other Saturday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

• Employment Type: W2


ROLE IMPACT

Support the pharmacy distribution team by preparing, packaging, and shipping medications and supplies with accuracy and attention to detail. This role helps ensure patients receive timely deliveries while maintaining compliance with company procedures and pharmacy regulations. Success is measured by accuracy, organization, and dependable daily execution.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Package medications, supplies, and patient materials while maintaining product integrity, sterility, and stability.

• Track shipments electronically, verify delivery status, review shipping manifests, and reconcile carrier invoices for accuracy.

• Coordinate with pharmacy staff to confirm shipping details, patient information, and delivery schedules.

• Maintain a clean, organized shipping and packing area, reset the workspace daily, and assist with unloading inbound deliveries and staging outbound shipments.

• Complete required checklists, prepare shipping reports, and support daily operational priorities with strong attention to detail.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new software and use Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Able to stand for extended periods throughout the workday while maintaining excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.


PREFERRED SKILLS
