What You'll Do

As a Distribution Coordinator / Pharmacy Assistant, you will:

✔ Prepare medications and supplies for shipment while maintaining product integrity and sterility

✔ Track shipments electronically to ensure timely delivery

✔ Review shipping manifests and verify delivery information

✔ Coordinate patient communications regarding holiday and emergency closures

✔ Work closely with pharmacy staff on shipping schedules, patient information, and address updates

✔ Reconcile carrier invoices and shipping records for accuracy

✔ Generate shipping reports and usage summaries

✔ Maintain a clean, organized shipping and packing area

✔ Assist with unloading inbound deliveries and staging outgoing packages

✔ Follow established procedures and checklists with strong attention to detail

What We're Looking For

✅ High School Diploma or GED
