The main difference between a Pharmacist Intern and a Pharmacy Technician lies in their education, responsibilities, and certification. Both roles work in similar environments but serve distinct functions within the pharmacy setting.

Pharmacist interns often encounter challenges such as balancing hands-on learning with academic responsibilities, adapting to fast-paced pharmacy environments, and mastering complex pharmacy systems and regulations. Building confidence in patient interactions and staying updated on current pharmaceutical guidelines also contribute to a successful internship experience.
