We seek a Float Pharmacist to perform professional duties and responsibilities associated with the processing of prescriptions.

Schedule of Genoa Healthcare Pharmacies are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Candidates must have some availability during that time.

Home Location: 2860 Northpark Ave., Huntington, Indiana 46750

Additional Location: 22 additional locations across all of Northern Indiana

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners
  • Provides information to customers about medications and their use
  • Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service
  • Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy
  • Administration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy
  • Any other usual and customary pharmacy duties
  • Travel up to 50%

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
  • Current and unrestricted pharmacist licensure in Indiana
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Reliable Transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Immunization Certification
  • 1+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $44.09 to $78.70 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
