FT RN - $7,500 Hire Bonus
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care and medical oversight to residents within Clinical Services. This role supports the health, safety, and well-being of residents by assessing needs, responding to changes in condition, and delivering appropriate care. The RN serves as a clinical leader, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality, resident-centered services aligned with the organization's mission and team member promise.
Core Responsibilities
  • Assess resident conditions and monitor changes in health status
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
  • Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, families, and healthcare providers
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and care plans
  • Delegate tasks to LPNs and Aides and monitor performance
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to clinical team members
  • Participate in orientation and performance feedback processes
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
  • Support cost containment through appropriate supply and service management
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support resident care operations

Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license
  • Nursing experience required; long-term care experience preferred
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with seniors and families
