This complex undertaking involves careful planning, regulatory compliance, equipment transfer, validation, and minimizing disruption to production and supply chains. The goal is to ensure that the new site meets all quality, safety, and legal requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing. Relocation may be driven by business strategy, cost reduction, regulatory changes, or expansion needs.
