Job description

We\'re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement to join our dynamic marketing team and transform how we equip our sales organization for success. 

As the Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement, you\'ll own the comprehensive Bill of Materials (BoM) across our life sciences and medical practice markets, create segment-specific sales collateral, and ensure our sales teams have the professional, up-to-date resources they need to win. You\'ll be the bridge between product marketing strategy and sales execution, translating complex positioning into compelling, sales-ready materials that drive pipeline and accelerate deals. Additionally, you will have the option to travel to industry conferences, in-person sales trainings, and company events to gain hands-on experience and expand your marketing expertise

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the Sales Enablement Content Strategy & Execution: Set the overall Bill of Materials (BoM) strategy and priorities, creating and maintaining a comprehensive library of sales presentations, one-pagers, and leave-behinds, and segment-specific assets tailored to our key market verticals. Ensure all materials remain current, professional, and aligned with messaging frameworks.

  • Enable Competitive Wins: Partner with the Principal Product Marketing Manager to translate competitive intelligence into sales-ready battle cards, objection handling guides, and competitive playbooks that arm sales with the insights and talk tracks they need to differentiate in the market. Track content effectiveness and measure impact on win rates and sales productivity.

  • Support Product Launches & New Market Entry: Partner closely with the Principal Product Marketing Manager to translate launch strategy, positioning, and messaging into comprehensive launch enablement kits including training materials and sales-ready collateral that support successful go-to-market execution.

Manage Content Operations & Accessibility: Establish version control processes and manage the content repository to ensure sales teams can easily find and access the most current

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales enablement, product marketing, or related role, preferably in healthcare/medical SaaS

  • Ideally knows pharmaceutical marketing and/or HCP/medical practice marketing

  • Proven track record creating sales collateral that accelerates deal velocity and improves win rates

  • Proven experience owning and executing a sales enablement strategy

  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale sales content libraries (BoM)

  • Strong track record of developing high-impact sales collateral and messaging

  • Experience translating competitive intelligence into battlecards, playbooks, and objection handling frameworks

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing and other GTM stakeholders

  • Experience supporting GTM initiatives and product launches with enablement programs

  • Strong content operations skills, including version control, content governance, and repository management
