Position: RN Graduate - practice specialty designation upon interview and hire
Summary: Hired and enrolled for the first 12 months of practice in the UCHealth Nurse Residency Program in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and within the policies, values, and mission of the organization
Work Schedule: Full Time - rotate to night shift or unit specific schedule, 0.9 FTE (72 hours per pay period)

Various unit availability in the following Clinical Divisions:
  • Acute Care
  • Oncology
  • Critical Care to include Progressive and Intensive Care
  • Women's and Infants Service Line
  • Behavioral Health - Psychiatry
  • Perioperative
  • Emergency Department
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Registered/Professional Nursing program.
  • Required Licensure / Certification: State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date and valid through sixty days of hire. All life support certification cards must be issued by either the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer. (American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer is only good upon hire; all renewals must be completed through an American Heart Association sanctioned course.
Pay Rate for this position is: $32.01 - 38.91 / hour based on RN Graduate Specialty upon hire
