What You'll Do
  • Meticulously fact-check, reference, and annotate resources to ensure successful review cycles.
  • Proofread all content for impeccable grammar, punctuation, and overall quality.
  • Guarantee that all materials adhere strictly to guidelines for annotating and supporting references, crucial for Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review processes.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects concurrently, consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Stay current with all relevant industry guidelines and standards to maintain expertise.

What You'll Bring
  • BA or BS degree in English or Communications.
  • 3 to 5 years of editing experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical field or a studio/agency setting.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in annotating resources and comprehensive reference sourcing.
  • Solid working knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and composition, with a focus on clarity and flow.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical promotions and product labels.
  • Proficiency with electronic and online editing and review tools.
  • Demonstrated experience with AMA Style.
  • Experience with content management and review platforms.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and its commenting tools.
