Job Description:
Support documentation requirements for manufacturing activities. This includes creating or revising protocols and SOPs, formatting documents effectively, researching, tracking and logging process improvements and tracking and trending of operation metrics.
- Editing, writing and streamlining of manufacturing protocols, SOPs and other documents to support client or Internal procedures.
- Formatting documents and critical thinking of end user requirements.
- Initiate and execute change controls and capas and contributing to site metrics for timely issuance of procedures and closure dates for change controls and capas.
- Meet with stake holders on revision changes, facilitate meetings and communicate progress and issues to leadership.
- Research submissions for procedural process improvements and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Perform data entry and Track and Trend with basic analysis and report presentations
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associates or Bachelor Degree desired
- Pharmaceutical Experience or other Regulated Industry desired
- Minimum 2 years of related experience required
- Working knowledge of MS office required
- Working knowledge of Tech Writing required
- Working knowledge of researching and compiling data required
- Strong organization and prioritization required
- Ability to work independently required
- Strong written and verbal communication required
Location: Spokane, WA - On Site, Full-Time
Shift: Weekday Days
