WhatYou'llDo

You'llwork individually and in teams tosupport capital projectsand implement solutionsfor ourclients.Together, you will help our clients make critical changes to improve their performance and realize their most important goals.

  • Work under the supervision of apreconstruction manager, construction project manager, or site superintendentin the planning, design,and construction management of design/build projects

  • Becometrained to support our site managers and construction project managers,andultimately tomove intosuch a role

  • Gain experience in the building of industrial structures in manufacturing, distribution, cold storage,advanced technologies,oil & gas, pharma, andfood processing

  • Develop project schedules, phasing plans, bid lists, punch lists, and subcontractor notices to proceed

  • Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, change orders, cost estimates, and subcontractor invoices

  • Preparedocuments includingbids,scopes of work, and safety plans

  • Conducton-site safety reviewsand subcontractor scope reviews

  • Implement quality control program activities

  • Prequalify vendors and subcontractors

  • Process RFIs,bulletins,andsubmittals

  • Participate in post project reviews

  • Make an impact day-to-day with your skills andexpertise, strengthening that relationship with our clients and team

WhatYou'llBring

  • 3-5 Years of Construction industry related experienceincluding projectmanagement (preferred)

  • Experience overseeingthebuilding/renovation offacilitiesin the manufacturing of food, beverage, consumerproductsor life science industries

  • A willingnessto travel for project requirementsincludinginstallation and start-up activities, clientandcompany sponsored meetings, trainings, industry related seminars, forums,andconventions

  • Abachelor of scienceincivil engineering or construction management

  • OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification
