Job description

Job Title: Pharma Project Manager
Location: Chestnut Ridge, NY
Duration: 6 to 12 Months
As the Project Manager, you will keep teams on track by implementing time management and organizational structures. In this role, you will determine the tools and requirements needed to meet deliverables, set timelines, and motivate team members toward common goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Requires a minimum of 10+ years of experience with project management in mid to large scale or high visibility business initiatives/projects with varying complexity within the Pharma space.
  • Proven customer, requirements, and project management skills and experience. The additional desire for testing skills and experience.
  • Proven ability to build solid working relationships with all stakeholders essential for project success.
  • Strong communication skills with written and verbal English language proficiency.
  • Good time management and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to coordinate closely with IT management, team members, and Agency personnel
  • Experience with developing and maintaining project documentation, scope, schedules, and budgets using Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with business process modeling using Visio or similar tools.
  • Experience and knowledge of industry-standard project management methodology and techniques from PMBOK.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently across various teams and timelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience with Agile development
  • Strong data analysis and tracking capabilities
  • Toolsets include:
