What You'll Do
  • Consult with stakeholders to develop tailored promotional resources and peer-to-peer medical education materials.
  • Manage internal and external partners, agencies, and contributors in the development of promotional resources for healthcare professional customers, including non-personal digital learning, self-directed learning, and personal, speaker-led events or specialized medical forums (such as symposia, lectures, peer discussion groups, remote forums).
  • Identify, vet, and lead new business opportunities to advance the healthcare professional experience and overall company offerings.
  • Ensure all activities are developed, planned, and conducted in full compliance with appropriate regulations and policies.
  • Effectively apply and articulate strategic goals for resources in conversations with medical, legal, and regulatory partners.
  • Explore and drive empathy-rooted content strategies for both customers and their patients.
  • Conduct content inventories and audits, comparative analyses, analytics evaluations, and content testing to uncover meaningful insights into content performance and user behavior/preferences.
  • Execute enhanced content experiences, ecosystems, and processes, incorporating continuous feedback and learnings.
  • Create content development plans and measurement plans that optimize content and overall learning experiences.
  • Identify inconsistencies or outdated practices and recommend paths forward to improved effectiveness.
  • Participate in and facilitate regular collaboration and feedback sessions to ensure high-quality delivery and customer experience.
  • Continuously explore new opportunities to advance medical education success and sustainability.
  • Leverage and manage internal and external partners, medical education agencies, vendors, and resources to develop compliant medical education content and channels across multiple therapeutic areas.
  • Oversee end-to-end process, budget, and project management of medical education resources and overall healthcare professional educational experiences, including cross-functional collaboration on content development and approval, speaker guidance for video session recordings, and content sharing for training events.
  • Complete annual and ongoing assessments of medical education resources for continuous learning and improvements, as well as annual budget and forecast planning (measuring engagement, key performance metrics, success factors, and learnings related to organization-defined medical education plans).
