About the role
 
As a Senior Project Manager, you must be able to manage a large multi-faceted project/account/campaign or multiple projects at the same time. You must also be able to manage a Project Manager and/or an Associate Project Manager and/or team of Project Managers. Pharmaceutical advertising agency experience required.
What you'll do
  • Collaborate with all agency teams to establish effective project and staffing plans, forecast upcoming work and allocate resources
  • Work as liaison/communications hub between all Agency team members and agency partners who may touch an assigned account/project
  • Ensure that proper forecasting is being done for all projects on assigned account(s)
  • Manage effective, efficient workflow of all projects on assigned accounts
  • Develop timelines and advises on estimates; manages projects to remain on time and budget; flags timing and budget concerns to course correct early on in process
  • Work with Creative Services Manager to manage and plan creative resources
  • Work with Business Leadership partners to create and manage estimates and budgets
  • Communicate openly and constructively with all departments, providing continuous status updates
  • Take ownership of and enforces agency processes by providing meaningful feedback to all teams
  • Analyze and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, including systems and/or software recommendations
  • Tactful, yet assertive communication style; able to foster positive relationships with agency teams
  • Provides meaningful performance input for other employees in all departments
  • Maintains a high-level attention to detail
  • Seeks out additional opportunities to expand experience and cultivate expertise
  • Performs other duties as assigned
About you
  • Bachelor's Degree in required
  • Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions REQUIRED.
  • 5+ years of project or account management experience, within a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency (REQUIRED)
  • Experience with timeline development and budget management required
  • Must be self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working under pressure within tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
  • PC, MS Office Suite software experience required
$90,000 - $110,000 a year
