Job Title: Operational Support โ€“ Charles Schwab Challenge
Location: Colonial Country Club, Fort Worth, TX
Employment Type: Temporary, Event-Based

Job Summary:

Colonial Country Club is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Operational Support Intern staff for the Charles Schwab Challenge. This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a world-class PGA Tour event, assisting with ticketing and sales operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with ticket sales, distribution, and verification at entry points.
  • Provide customer support for ticketing inquiries, troubleshooting, and guest assistance.
  • Process payments and manage on-site sales of event-related merchandise or packages.
  • Support sponsors and hospitality guests with access coordination and credential distribution.
  • Ensure smooth entry and crowd flow to designated event areas.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and reconcile daily sales reports.
  • Act as a liaison between ticketing, sales, and guest services teams to ensure efficient operations.
  • Respond promptly to any operational needs or guest concerns as directed by management.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in ticketing, sales, event operations, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, in outdoor conditions.
  • Must be able to handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems.
  • Team player mentality with a positive and proactive approach.
  • Must be available for the full duration of the tournament setup period (May 11ย - June 1, 2026).
