HANDYMAN/PAINTER/FACILITIES & MAINTENANCE POSITION AT FEARLESS RESTAURANTS

As a Handyman for Fearless Restaurants, you are responsible for the general maintenance of our restaurants and equipment, updating spaces with new paint, repairing broken hardware, heating, lighting, refrigeration, air conditioning, plumbing, water purification, air filtering, electrical work, and pest control as needed.

You will be performing interior and exterior painting and decorating as assigned. All surfaces will need to be prepared for painting by using any of the following methods: paint removers, scrapers, wire brushes, sanders, blow torches, sandblasting, etc. Any holes, crevices, and cracks must be filled. Joints must be sealed with putty, caulking, and other filler. You will be responsible for preparing and mixing any paints or finishes as required. Paints, lacquers, stains, varnishes, and finishes will be applied using brushes, rollers, spray equipment, and applicators.

Must be comfortable with heights and the use of ladders, scaffolding, etc. May be asked to install wall coverings such as wallpapers or fabrics. All work areas must be cleaned upon the completion of a task and at the end of each working day. Must perform duties in compliance with safety regulations and any other assigned duties related to the above.
This candidate will have a desire to continue to learn and grow within our organization. The ideal painter is positive, responsible, hands-on, and a team player that has strong communication skills and can handle multiple tasks in a friendly manner with grace and composure.
