As a Pest Control Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' homes remain safe and pest-free. You'll conduct thorough inspections, identify pest issues, and implement effective solutions to prevent future infestations. Compensation:

$41,000 - $60,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Arrange for appointments with customers by working with the staff in our office
  • Disperse the fumigants in infested areas when needed
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding pest management
  • Measure area dimensions and mix the correct amount of chemicals in the applicator based on the size of the infested area
  • Provide guidance for the best extermination processes for the identified infestation source and whether the process will include pesticide use, mechanical traps, blockages, and/or other pest control methods

Qualifications:
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Incredible customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passed the pest control license exam provided by the Department of Agriculture
  • Capable of lifting 50lbs, climbing stairs, and going into crawl spaces on a daily basis
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to obtain a Pest Control License
  • Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs, climbing stairs, accessing and exiting roof or attic areas utilizing a ladder, and going into crawl spaces
  • Must have a mobile device with service to use pest control apps
